Bob Marley Nine Miles Shuttle with admissions. .
Bob Marley Nine Miles Shuttle with admissions. . is a cultural tour in Jamaica rated 5.0/5 by 5 Viator travelers; from about $120 per person; lasts 4.5 hours.
About
This is a shuttle tour to Nine Mile, the tiny Dry Harbour Mountain village where Bob Marley was born and is now buried. The trip runs four to five hours round-trip from either Montego Bay or Ocho Rios, mostly driving through the interior highlands on winding roads. You'll see the small house where Marley grew up, the mausoleum, and the rock pillow he reportedly rested his head on as a child. Admission to the site is included in the price. Guides are locals, often with family or community ties to the area, and they lean heavily into the Rastafarian philosophy that shaped Marley's music. Expect stops at roadside fruit stands and maybe a jerk pit on the way back. The drive itself is half the experience — rural Jamaica, goat crossings, no guardrails. If you get carsick on mountain roads, bring what you need. The tour price starts around $120 per person.
